Washing Dishes

Yesterday, after eating dinner, I took the initiative to say to my mother, "Mom, I'll wash the dishes!" She said with a smile, "All right!" Hearing that, I immediately picked up a bowl and put it in water.

First, I heated the water and put some detergent in it. Then, I carefully scrubbed the dishes with a towel in one hand and the bowl in the other. I was very careful not to break any of the dishes.
